When you fill out our contact form, message us on WhatsApp, or call the studio, we receive the details you choose to share — typically your name, phone number, email address, and the content of your message. You're not required by law to provide this information, but without it we won't be able to respond to you.
Information Collected Automatically
While browsing, we collect technical information: IP address, browser and operating system type, device type, pages viewed, time spent, and referral source. This information is collected in aggregate and does not identify you personally.
Health Information
Before performing a piercing or tattoo, we require you to sign a health declaration form in the studio. This is sensitive information kept at the studio, not on the website, and is not shared with third parties except where legally required.
